At the simplest level, Experts Exchange is a patented knowledge sharing platform that enables people from all over the world to work together to solve their IT and technology problems. When one of our members has a problem, they ask a question and our community of experienced IT Experts immediately works to solve the problem. When a comment is posted that solves the problem, the asker accepts that comment as the solution to their problem and rewards points to the expert that posted it. That solution is then stored in Experts Exchange’s knowledgebase of proven solutions for future reference by all members.
